Testing

To ensure lot-to-lot consistency, this produce is tested by SDS-PAGE, HYP content, amino acid profile and FTIR to conform to characteristics of a standard reference collagen type-I (Human, Bovine and Rat Tail). Purity and retention of native helical structure was controlled by SDS-PAGE gel electrophoresis.
