Responsibilities

Order lab and office supplies and maintain inventories
Processing and tracking of all expense reimbursements, petty cash, invoices, purchase orders, check requests, and other fiscal paperwork
Process HR employment applications
Collect and distribute mail and faxes
Maintain Labor Relations paperwork
Event management
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Proficiency in computer data entry/keyboarding. Experience with Microsoft Office. Excel skills required.
Able to respond to changes and identify solutions for work responsibilities.
Able to work independently
Strong communication skills—verbal & written
Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
Accurate data-entry skills
Enjoy working in team-based environment

Experience

At least one year experience in administrative work

Education

High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
